Dusty Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cauliflower, cut into small flowerets
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly oil a 10x15 inch baking pan or cookie sheet. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Place cauliflower in a large plastic bag. Drizzle with oil and shake until cauliflower is evenly coated.
Combine remaining ingredients and place in bag. Shake again until
well coated. Spread cauliflower on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
