Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation

In a bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, celery, Miracle Whip, onion, chili sauce and egg. Shape into 4 patties. Melt butter in a skillet. Cook patties for about 45 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
