Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplant.
    Dice eggplant in cubes and cook in water for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain off water.
    Spread eggplant in casserole. Mix 1/2 of Parmesan cheese in spaghetti sauce; pour over eggplant.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
