Carrot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 beaten eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, salad oil and eggs well.
    Add carrots, walnuts and pineapple.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
