Cider Baked Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. chopped lemon thyme
    2 tsp. fresh sage (1 tsp. dried)
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. cider
Preparation
    Cut
    the onions in half across.
    Melt butter in skillet. Put cut
    side down and fry until brown.
    Turn upward in baking dish. Sprinkle with herbs; pour in cider.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
