Cauliflower Polonaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cook whole cauliflower in small amount of boiling, salted water, covered, until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Finely chop egg. Heat butter until lightly browned; stir in crumbs, parsley and egg.
    Spoon mixture over cooked cauliflower.
