Cucumber Nut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. grated cucumber
1/2 to 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream together cheese, onion and cucumber.
Form into tiny balls and roll in nuts or spread on finger sandwiches after adding nuts.
