Candied Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. orange juice or 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Parboil carrots in salted water; drain.
Add margarine, sugar, honey, pepper and orange juice.
Return to fire on low heat and simmer until cooked to desired doneness.
