Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 to 3 c. onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    5 small jalapeno or Hungarian peppers (to own taste)
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil. Add other ingredients and simmer until texture of salsa. Put in jars. Serve with tortilla chips.
