Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boiled eggs
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 beaten egg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel eggs and divide sausage meat into 4 equal portions.
    Wrap sausage around each boiled egg.
    Roll in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked.
    May be eaten hot or cold.
    Slice in half to serve or slice into eighths for appetizers.
