Chicken And Rice Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. rice
    2/3 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. instant onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup, water, rice, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Pour over chicken. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
