Vermicelli (Greek) Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 heaping Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
    1 large can pitted black olives, sliced
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    4 or 5 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Prepare vermicelli according to package directions except boil in unsalted water.
    Mix olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning together.
    Combine olives, pimento and green onions; mix with vermicelli.
    Pour olive oil mixture over pasta and toss.
    Make the day before or at least 4 hours before serving.
    Keeps for at least 1 week.
