Stuffed Mushrooms-Romania(Ciuperci Umplute) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 small onion, chopped
    parsley, chopped
    egg
    salt
    pepper
    8 large mushrooms
    butter
    Dry wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300. Boil livers in dry wine. Grind liver, add onion, parsley, egg, salt and pepper (to taste), mix well. Clean and stem mushrooms. Stuff with mixture. Lightly butter each mushroom and place in baking dish. Bake for 30-60 minutes depending on size of mushroom. Serve hot.
