Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Preparation

Combine in pot.
Stir over medium heat.
Cook to 235\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add 2 Tbsp. butter.
Cool to lukewarm without stirring.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
Beat until thick and no longer glossy.
Pour into 8 x 8 inch square pan.
