Microwave Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    3/4 c. water
    dash of salt
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup, water and salt in 2-quart casserole.
    Cook in microwave for 20 minutes on High, stirring every 5 minutes. While syrup cooks, beat egg whites until stiff in large bowl. Gradually pour hot syrup over egg whites; continue beating at high speed until mixture thickens and starts to lose its gloss. Beating may require about 12 minutes.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Drop teaspoonful on waxed paper.
