Peach Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced ripe peaches
1 c. sugar
cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Line 9-inch
pie
pan with crust.
Fill pastry 3/4 full with sliced
peaches.
Beat
eggs
and
sugar
and
pour
over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
