Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. flour
Preparation
-
Wash, peel and cut up fresh sweet potatoes.
Cook until soft. Drain and mash.
(May freeze extra potatoes to be used later.)
