E-Z Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Stir flour and salt together; add oil and water together.
    Mix and combine.
    Roll between 2 sheets of waxed paper; pull off one center crust in pan and pull off other sheet.
    Makes one shell in less than 5 minutes.
    Prick well; bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
