Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 lb. brisket
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cover brisket with celery salt, onion powder and liquid smoke and marinate 12 hours or overnight.
    Salt and pepper and add Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
