Coca-Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. unsifted plain flour
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Preparation

Sift the flour and sugar in a large bowl. In a saucepan, heat the butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola until they boil. Pour this over the flour and sugar mixture, then mix thoroughly. Mix in buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows, making a thin batter. Marshmallows will float to the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
