Chinese Friday - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tiny can chopped pimientos
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can quartered water chestnuts
    1 pkg. Chinese noodles
    1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. mushroom soup
    2 lb. cooked shrimp or cubed chicken breasts
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with Chinese noodles.
    Saute celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, pimientos and water chestnuts. Place on noodles.
    Mix together rest of ingredients and pour on top of vegetables.
    Put more Chinese noodles on top with chopped cashews.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
