Easy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 (17 oz.) can peas and onions, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 chopped pimento
Preparation
    Mix beef, seasoned salt and catsup.
    Shape into 16 balls. Brown in greased ovenproof skillet.
    Add peas and onions; dot with butter.
    Mix soup and pimento together; pour over meat mixture. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
