Mississippi Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black eyed peas (canned)
    2 c. Italian dressing
    2 c. diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. diced onion
    1 green onion
    1 - 2 oz. jar sliced pimentos
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Drain peas and add other ingredients.
    This will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
    Serve with scoop fritos.
