Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. softened butter
1/2 clove garlic, minced, pressed
3 Tbsp. Monterey Jack cheese
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
10 large mushrooms
Preparation
-
Mix first four ingredients in small mixing bowl.
Pull stems off of mushrooms and fill caps with mixture.
Broil about 6 inches from heat for 10 minutes.
