Chocolate Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In double boiler, melt chocolate, butter, salt and sugar.
    Stir in milk; cook until thick.
    Add vanilla.
    Heat before serving. Makes 4 cups.
    Will keep in fridge several weeks.
    Serve over any ice cream; especially good over peppermint ice cream.
