Potato "Shape-Up" Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    2 cans chicken broth, undiluted
    1 large cucumber, unpeeled and diced
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Put with chicken broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
    Add cucumber; cook 3 to 5 minutes more.
    Pour 1/2 soup into a blender.
    On low speed, blend smooth.
    Pour into 2-quart container.
    Blend remaining soup with seasoning and yogurt.
    Add to the first half. Mix well.
    Chill.
