Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 medium onion
    10 to 15 double soda crackers
    3 eggs, hard-boiled
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise to taste
Preparation
    Grate or shred carrots.
    Add chopped onion.
    Put in bowl.
    Add crushed soda crackers.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Stir in mayonnaise, a spoon at a time, until the consistency you want.
