Veal Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/4 c. melted unsalted fat
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. dry low sodium bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine meat, fat, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Form patties. Dip into egg mixed with water, then into bread crumbs.
    Brown in hot fat.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Serve with Piquant Gravy.
