Italian Lasagna(Serving Size: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) drained frozen spinach, cooked
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    2 oz. chopped bacon
    2 tsp. minced rosemary
    12 oz. sliced mushrooms
    12 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 seeded, chopped tomato (garnish)
    2 tsp. minced rosemary
Preparation
    Combine
    first\t3 ingredients.\tSalt and pepper and add eggs and chill (can be prepared 1 day ahead).
