Cauliflower With Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 small clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Steam flowerets over boiling water for 10 minutes; arrange in serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Melt butter and stir in parsley, salt, basil and garlic.
Pour herb butter over all. Serves 6.
