Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion, green pepper and celery
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Mix all but soup and water.
    Make into 2-inch balls.
    Place in baking dish; pour soup and water over top.
    Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
