Chicken Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

2 to 3 c. cut and cooked chicken
1 1/2 lb. sliced uncooked squash
1 onion, chopped
1 c. carrots and peas
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
10 oz. croutons (any kind)
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Stir-fry squash and onion; fold in carrots, peas and chicken. Combine sour cream and soup.
Combine croutons and butter. Spread half of crouton mix into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Pour chicken and vegetables on top of croutons, then add the sour cream and soup mix.
Top with remaining croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
