Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    In cooking oil, place onion and rice until slightly brown. Spray the casserole dish with Pam and other spray.
    Combine drained mushrooms and cans of consomme.
    Stir to blend.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
