Strawberry Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. cream or milk
8 baked tart shells or 1 baked pie shell
1 qt. + 1 pt. fresh strawberries
Preparation
-
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, rind and milk or cream. Cream until whipped cream consistency.
Fill tart shells.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
