Cranberry Layer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pkg. white cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
c. fresh or frozen cranberrys, thawed and coarsely chopped
c. finely chopped english walnuts
Preparation

Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and stir in cranberrys and walnuts. Pour in two greased 9 inch round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely.
