Roasted Potatoes With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
    2 large cloves garlic, sliced thin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large baking pan, toss potatoes with garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
    Roast in a preheated 500\u00b0 oven, stirring once for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
