Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
Add eggs, 1 at time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Chill.
Top with fruit.
