Katie'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. stewed pumpkin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. Carnation evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Check with tester.
    If comes out wet or moist, turn oven to 400\u00b0 and bake 5 more minutes.
    How to cook your pumpkin?
    After cutting pumpkin up, place in large pot with 1 cup water.
    Cook on medium heat until tender.
