Delicious Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine and mix well the egg, sugar, flour and salt.
    Arrange rhubarb in unbaked pie shell, spread egg mixture over rhubarb. Pat down.
    Then top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
