Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until nice and brown.
    Serve hot.
    These freeze well.
    Can be put back on a tray, warmed and then served.
