Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    crushed corn flakes (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, water and salt.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Mix together grated cheese, onion, celery and mayonnaise and pour mixture over the vegetable mixture.
    Top with crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
    Can be halved for smaller group.
