French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. frozen coconut (Paradise Dellite if possible)
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and flour, then stir.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 2 unbaked pie shells for 40 to 45 minutes.
