Carob Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nondairy carob chips
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. almond or peanut butter
Preparation

Melt
carob
chips in double boiler until smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in other ingredients. Spread into 8 x 8-inch pan and refrigerate.
When firm, slice into chunks and serve.
