Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size cubed steaks
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 to 5 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray 10-inch cast-iron frying pan with \"Pam\".
    Heat pan with Crisco.
    Roll steaks in flour; place in pan.
    Salt and pepper. Brown on medium heat; turn over to brown 2nd side.
    Remove steak from pan.
    Add flour to pan.
    Brown flour over over medium heat. Add 4 cups water to flour mixture.
    Stir.
    Add browned steaks. Cover and simmer on low heat for 60 minutes.
