Blender Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. oleo, very soft or melted
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend for 3 minutes. Pour in a 9-inch deep pie dish that has been sprayed with Pam (I use butter flavor) and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut or nutmeg, if desired. Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.
