Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lemon jello
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
yellow food coloring
1 large can Carnation milk (almost frozen)
graham cracker crust
Dream Whip (optional)
Preparation

Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Then mix lemon jello, lemon juice, water and food coloring.
Add to creamed mixture.
Whip the frozen milk until like whipped cream.
Slowly stir into the lemon and sugar mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Chill.
You can put Dream Whip on top or crushed graham crackers.
