Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place a skillet in the oven with 2 tablespoons oil in it and leave until grease is real hot.
    Mix dry ingredients together, then add the egg and enough milk to mix to make it smooth.
    Pour in the hot grease and stir and pour into skillet and bake 20 minutes.
