Jalapeno Cornbread(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. creamed corn
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. onion, chopped
1 1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. jalapeno, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased 9 x 16-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
