Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef tenderloin (about 6 lb.), well trimmed
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1 c. orange juice
    Worcestershire sauce (several shakes)
    4 tsp. vinegar
    juice of lemon
    pinch of sugar
    garlic to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all marinade ingredients together.
    Marinate tenderloin for several hours, turning occasionally.
    Cook on charcoal grill over medium coals (about 6 inches above coals) for 30 to 45 minutes (medium-rare).
    Tenderloin should be mopped with marinade and turned about 3 times.
