Hot Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. medium salsa
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon cube.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
    Prepare rice.
    Serve beef over rice.
    Garnish with tomatoes, sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
